“For me, playing great music is all about being able to authentically convey a wide range of emotion,” guitarist and vocalist Seth Rosenbloom insists. “I was drawn to the blues at a young age because that emotion has always been immensely evident to me in the genre.”
Critics have affirmed that Seth knows of what he speaks. Rock & Blues Muse proclaimed that “the future of blues is in very capable hands,” while Living Blues Magazine echoed those claims by declaring “Rosenbloom’s ready to assume the mantle of a true electric blues champion.” Blues Blast Magazine furthered the sentiment: “Seth Rosenbloom is a guitar player’s guitar player. His ceiling is unlimited.”
It’s little wonder that the pundits were so enthused. Seth’s promise was evident early in his career, with the release of his debut self-titled EP, growing even stronger when his first full-length album, Keep On Turning, climbed to the top of the charts upon its release in 2019.
Seth’s most recent offering, As the Crow Flies, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Blues Chart, builds on the strength of those earlier efforts with confidence and credibility, further demonstrating why he ranks as one of the most assertive and authoritative artists operating in the Blues realm today.

That attention to detail is both clear and convincing. Seth’s forthcoming offering was produced by Joe Bonamassa and Josh Smith, recorded in October, 2024 at the renowned Sunset Sound studio in Los Angeles.
Paving the way for an intensely unique musical offering in his growing catalog, Seth makes special note of the way
“Joe and Josh really pushed [him] vocally on this record to take a step forward in really delivering the tracks and writing. These new songs are still very much rooted in the blues, but exhibit more of the soul and Americana influences. And thanks to their pushing me while getting to play alongside legends like Reese Wynans who played with Stevie Ray Vaughan on some of my favorite records, everyone’s energy and playing is what really brought these tunes together.”
Then again, Seth’s no stranger to making music. Born into a musical family and raised just west of Boston in Waltham, Massachusetts, he began playing classical violin as a child and subsequently took up guitar at age eleven. Initially inspired by the music of Elvis and The Beatles, he earned a Performance Merit Scholarship from Berklee College of Music by the time he was 16 years old.
6After spending a few years as an active sideman and in-demand clinician, Seth has further expanded his reputation by spending much of the last few years on the road, introducing himself to newly enthusiastic audiences while demonstrating a clear commitment to his craft, and his ability to share his verve and versatility. Whether demonstrating his dazzling guitar riffs and stinging vibrato, or emoting with his soaring and sultry vocals, he brings a distinctive power and personality to each of his performances. Wider audiences were introduced to Seth over the last several years, seeing him sit in with top names in the blues game such as Joe Bonamassa and Eric Johnson, while establishing a wider audience himself in 2024, playing headline dates throughout the US. With the release of new music, 2026 promises to be Seth Rosenbloom’s most ambitious and exciting year yet.
